The crew room was without light for much of the night. Kit from the ILB shed was moved up here and then the service boards from the east wall of the boathouse were unscrewed and carried in as the wall was flexing so much it was feared it might give way (in the event, a number of panels were knocked out but the bulk of the wall survived).
