Motorcyclist Matt Hawkes sets off from Wells lifeboat station at 9am on 5th June on a 4500 mile tour round the UK coast, visiting 170 lifeboat stations, in aid of the RNLI. Matt will be riding his Triumph Rocket III Touring, which has been specially repainted in orange and blue for the event.
You can come and wave Matt off on Thursday morning at 9am on his first leg to the Humber lifeboat station on Spurn Point. All going well, Matt expects to be back in Wells on 8th July after 34 days on the road.
